SEO / Marketing specialist wanted for website. Longterm possible

We search a SEO / Marketing specialist for our new dating-site which is supposed to launch in about one month. You're expected to be able to analyze the site (at the moment this is simple: Nothing there) and create a marketing strategy including seo, addwords and all other instruments possible. The site is in german and some knowledge would be helpful when choosing best addwords. You would also have to monitor the results and success and if necessery take the appropriate measures to ensure a longterm high quality of marketing. Marketing is always an middle to longterm-issue and we would love to have someone we can trust and rely on for a longer time. I post this project with a fixed price to start.
