SEO, Ad Sense, and Donation Option for My Blog

I have a blog wordpress website at [login to view URL] (I also own [login to view URL]). I'm looking for someone to add to my blog a tasteful adsense option, generate traffice to my website, link the website to the facebook account, setup a twitter feed that is liked to the blog, set up an option for paypal donations with two options to donate either a one time amount or an ongoing monthly donation (this will be for an organization run out of the website to promote values supporting a just & free society in America (not currently a charity!)), and possibly an option for quickly linking current articles from other websites. The goal is to generate at least $10-30 per day on the website from adsense revenue and to generate at least $10 per day in donations to the website to support American Values. You must provide a waver of any intellectual property rights or ownership to anything written on the site. I will provide access to the person that will be completing these changes on the website. Please note that no payment will be made until the above metrics are in place for at least 30 days. The fee will be $250 USD upon completion of this. Hope to hear from you soon! Rob
