SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY

This is the SECOND time I am posting this project on a different request. I got great feedback from some of you and hence decided to be more specific on what I am seeking. New Ecommerce Skin Care Company in need of a SEO Web Optimization, Viral MarketinG, Great facebook and twitter presence with real people not fake ids but followers. I definetly need to make sure that I get TRAFFIC to the website that will generate sales google analytics, indexation, avoidance of web crawling , Content optimization, Link building, Link baiting, Progress monitoring of campaign and popularity. In addition, get Google adwords to an account, structure campaign, writing adverts, facebook campaigns. THE GOAL IS TO ACHIEVE RESULTS AND GENERATE SALES. IF the work is great, I would want to work with the individual on a long term basis. How will results be determined, of course by the traffic to the site and the sales generated. So far there is hardly any traffic so I need a very very serious candidate. Someone who is willing to work and also looking at a long term business relationship without wanting to make quick bucks. BUDGET is tight but if we do well you do well and we continue working together.
