Our company is looking for a very skilled Executive Assistant, preferably with US Real Estate experience (will be given first priority).
For the next few months it will be a 4-hour a day Mon-Fri position from 2pm - 6pm (NY time), that might lead to a full time position for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phone calls, setting appointments, answering emails, working with google docs, advertising, looking for leads, internet research, cold-calling, article writing, marketing and project management.
Would be a big plus if you are familiar with web site editing and have worked with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, have knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, twitter, blogging, forums), SEO.
A must-have skills:
Fluent English (no or very little accent)
Great at research
Prior experience in taking and making phone calls
Knowledge of business email writing
You have to have a high speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 5mbs and be able to work for 4 hours straight without interruptions (like power outages).
You have to be able to work under minimum or no supervision, be flexible, fast and very responsible.
This is a long term position.
