I charge $350 USD per month per website for a complete SEO campaign to place and maintain that website and content submissions, that contain your website URL, about your business on the first page of the Google search engine. Many of these Google first page rankings work their way to the first page of Yahoo, Bing and many other search engines. I also provide Regionalized SEO for any location, town, city, province or country that needs to be specifically targeted.
The links to content submissions containing the website url and the website url itself can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 months to appear on the first page of the Google search engine. On average my content submission urls that promote the business website usually take about three days to appear on the first page of Google.
All the pages in a website, irrespective of the total number of pages, are included in my SEO campaign.
ON PAGE SEO
Together with the client we discuss, using skype voice chat, longtail keyword phrases that most accurately describe their business, products, services and or program that they want to market and promote on the Google search engine.
I validate the popularity of each keyword and longtail keyword phrase using reliable and effective Keyword Selector Tool and validate many other critical aspects needed for an effective and successful SEO campaign.
I inform the client of the longtail keyword phrases that I have validated and will use during the duration of the SEO campaign.
I visit the 'back end' or 'html' of the client’s website via the FTP details provided to me by the client in order to edit the 'Title Tag', 'Meta Tag Description', ‘Meta Keywords' and ‘Robot’ tags according to the validated keywords and longtail keyword phrases.
I examine the client’s website and edit the website content to include the selected validated keywords and longtail keyword phrases. I also place RSS feeds and other important links to maximize the indexing of the website by the search engine spiders. I also create and place a Google Analytics code on each page of the website for statistical analysis and for reporting purposes.
OFF PAGE SEO
I then perform a "Ghost-writing" service where I write content for a press release, article, blog post,forum post and nominated Social Network Companies every day about the client's business, products, services and or program/s. I write the title, content and anchor text backlinks in all posts to include the validated keywords and phrases. Unique one way permanent backlinks are created as a result of these content submissions that I submit every South African working day, five days a week, which provide information about the clients business and which also promotes and markets the clients business.
I have built and use an additional 50 Wordpress blogs and 50 PHPBB forums of my own and host them on my hosting account in order to produce additional permanent backlinks for all my SEO clients. I post to these two areas via RSS feed every day as well. I then hand submit, daily, each unique link created every day by all content submission posts that I ‘Ghost write’, to the Google, Yahoo and Bing search engines. Readers of all these press releases, blog posts, forum posts and articles will equal the "targeted traffic" that everybody wants from their websites. This is over and above the targeted visitors you will get from your website being placed and maintained on the first page of the Google search engine.
WEEKLY REPORTS
I also use Google Analytics and specific tracking codes to report back and prove to the client the effectiveness of my SEO campaigns. I provide weekly reports in Excel format to the client every Monday of each week that show
(a) A listing of the weeks links created by all the content submissions that I ghost-write on behalf of the client.
(b) A listing of weekly views of targeted visits made to all the press releases, articles, blog posts and forum posts by targeted visitors, that I "Ghost-write" on the client’s behalf.
(c) A listing of weekly Search Engine results achieved on the Google, Yahoo and Bing search engines.
(d) A listing of the weekly number of backlinks pointing to the client's website on a week basis.
