50k FB fans + 50K twitter followers

My proyect need 50k Facebook Likes for our Facebook Page, and 50k followers in our Twitter account. You must meet all the following criteria. You will not be given access as an administrator to our Facebook Account or backend. Project should be completed within 30 days top CONDITIONS: - ONLY good practices for inviting people to like our page. You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Again, if our page gets banned for too many likes too fast you won't be paid. - All likes must be legitimate people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - No bots, no fake anything! - All fans who like our page must have status updates that go back minimum of 5 days. We will check every profile, if there are bots, your award will be terminated and no funds given to you. - Likes geographical breakdown: South America countries and Spain. - Followers geographical breakdown: South America Countries and Spain. - Please, no bots, Blackhat techniques, no farming or other unethical tricks (we know them all) - Our account CANNOT be suspended for any reason due to any of your work. - You must use good practices when gathering likes - You will be paid only for those likes that remain active after 30 days. - Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. If you have previous experience in doing this please provide details of the facebook account. Please send at least 2 references/sample pages for which work was done. PAYMENT TERMS: You will get paid as follows... 10% when we get to 5000 facebook likes / 5,000 twitter followers - (you will then stop work for 2 days) 30% when we get to 10,000 facebook likes / 12,500 twitter followers - (you will then stop work for 2 days) 30% when we get to 20,500 facebook lkes / 37,500 twitter followers - (you then stop work for 2 days) 30% Completion of entire project when there are 50,000 likes / 50,000 twitter followers from people in the geographical breakdown. Final payment will be made 30 days after this (to confirm policy adherence).
