I'm looking to add 50,000 Twitter fans to two Twitter accounts

Please only bid if you can deliver with requirements below.
Time Line
• Must be completed in 4 weeks or less
Project requirements:
• All fans must be active accounts (no fake accounts at risk of being suspended.)
• The same fans can be used to follow both accounts
• Followers can be from any country but should be 18+
• Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity
• Fans must be active
• No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures
• No fans that will risk my page deleted
• You must use good practices when gathering followers. (My Twitter accounts must not be banned/deleted for your actions. If my Twitter account gets banned, no payment will be issued.
Payment Terms
10% start milestone
Remaining paid when project is completed (twitter 50,000 to 100,000 Twitter followers are in place and 7 days to make sure everything is good and account is safe or if you prove your method is all above board)
When bidding please remember
• Previous experience is an extra advantage but willing to give newcomers a chance (payment terms will change)
• Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans
• You are bidding on my payment terms
