1000 votes by email , every vote from different IP

Hi I need 1000 votes by email. Voting takes place on the web. There you need put some details like name, country, gender and put VALID email. After this you start voting. When you vote, you put 5 names from the list that you receive from me. After voting you will get email with link which you need click to confirm votes. If you not click , vote not will be count. MOST IMPORTANT RULES: 1 VOTE - 1 IP (bext is use proxy from around the world) Email use for voting must be with many different host (not accept gmail, hotmail, yahoo only), can be but not to much. After every vote you will get email with link, after confirm vote you must re-send me this email to I can see taht you made vote. I only pay if I will be shure that you made votes. 1000 votes must be make in around 40 days - daily around 25 votes. If you not will be change IP and voting only from gmail, hotmail etc votes will be cancelled from system and milestone payment not will be release.
