We are providing the worldwide skill market place(online service) based in Seoul, Korea and looking for a qualified team member in Philippine.
Our working way is efficient and smart during the work. The payment is negotiable according to the career. We would like to make a contract as a long-term freelancer after the job appraisal for 2 months.
1. Provide the customer-oriented service to the worldwide members
2. Respond professional to inbound calls and email(Online help)
- Payment, refund, usage of the online service (join, password, etc.)
3. Manage and monitor the contents for the content quality.
4. Implement and support the online Marketing
5. Report the work results to the head office
(1) Must have at least 2 years' customer service experience and
At least 2 years' work experience in the online service field (platform)
(2) Must have knowledge in the online marketing or online business
(3) Must be available for a regular schedule for 35 hours a week(7hr * 5days)
(4) Must be an excellent English communicator, both written and verbal.
(5) Positive attitude and Self-motivated
(6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(7) Previous demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
(8) Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
(9) Very stable internet and work environment
Working starting day: at the middle of April
