Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are an international network of training centres operating across 5 countries and 58 cities. We have recently opened a new branch in London and are extremely interested in its growth. Our goal is to build and scale an affiliate channel rapidly over the next few months and we require an affiliate marketing specialist to identify, filter and negotiate the partnerships and affiliate networks to get us set up. We initially need help with creating, setting up and managing our affiliate management accounts on different affiliate networks (ex. [login to view URL]) for our educational website. The candidate should have detailed knowledge on how best to optimize this program and how to work with affiliate networks. Our courses cost £360-£420. We can offer up to £200 commission per sale. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for setting our affiliate marketing channel from the ground up, reaching out, closing deals, and monitoring affiliate activity. We need a proactive manager who will regularly analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues and referral programs in the UK. This will be a long term project. Requirements: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: * 3+ years prior experience in Sales growth and Affiliate Marketing * Knowledge of social media and networks * Experience with Influencers activities * Have established contacts with Affiliates and media networks. * Native English Speaker * Strong recruitment and negotiation skills * Experience in managing referral programs * Experience in running affiliate marketing from the ground-up
