Outbound Operations & Client Support VA ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], Heyreach, Apollo) Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Outbound Operations & Client Support Virtual Assistant to support our outbound marketing systems and client operations. In this role, you will assist with outbound tools such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Heyreach, Apollo, and scraping tools, while also helping maintain trackers, organizing data, and supporting clients with operational and tool-related questions. You must have excellent written English and strong hands-on experience with Instantly.ai. Outbound Tool Support (Instantly, Clay, Heyreach, Apollo) • Assist with operational questions related to outbound tools • Help troubleshoot basic tool issues • Ensure leads and campaigns are set up correctly • Maintain outbound system organization ⸻ 4. Lead List and Data Management • Manage lead lists from Clay, Apollo, and scraping tools • Run Apify scrapers when needed • Ensure lead lists are properly formatted • Upload leads into outbound platforms ⸻ ⸻ 6. Hello I have hands on experience supporting outbound operations with Instantly ai Clay com Heyreach io Apollo io LinkedIn outbound workflows and Apify scraping including lead sourcing enrichment troubleshooting list formatting campaign setup validation tracker upkeep and client support with clear written English. If an Instantly campaign is active but emails are not sending I would check sending accounts are connected and in good health confirm warmup and daily sending limits verify the campaign schedule time zone and status confirm leads are present and eligible to send review bounce spam and error logs ensure there are no pauses throttles or deliverability blocks then run a small test send to isolate the issue. If a Clay enrichment column is not populating I would confirm the enrichment provider connection and API key verify credits and required inputs check column configuration mapping and filters review run history and errors then rerun the column or table and spot check rows until the data populates correctly. My rate is twelve USD per hour and I am available during EST hours starting at one to two hours per day and scaling to five to six hours per day very soon for five to six days per week and I can commit long term.
