Enroll hotels to register in my site

I have made a site https://hostelwithpurpose.com. The concept is the same as for many other hotel booking sites. That a guest book a hotel room in the site. The difference is; The hotels on the site only accept long-stay guests. Min 1 month. They have a kitchen that the guests may use. They have volunteers that run a theme for the guests That theme could be anything from studies, meditation, and yoga, to nature and hiking, medical diet, or rehabilitation. Or take online courses to become a teacher in a selected topic, maybe salsa dance teacher. The theme/purpose brings the guests together and they will develop long-term friendships. I need help with marketing. To suggest a strategy that allows me to register hotels at 1 USD per hotel. That may include telemarketing help in India. But feel free to suggest. Up to 1000 hotels, I will pay 1 USD per hotel. The other aspect is hotels. I need 1000 registered volunteers as well. I pay 0.25 USD per person The first milestone would be 10% of the above budget.
