Expert Lead Gen & Digital Marketing Help Needed Immediately! I have multiple projects in the real estate industry, and I have solid, already spec'd out project plans for digital marketing and lead generation to generate listings and clients for agent teams and home builders (and sellers), that have been about 1/3 executed and now need to be finished by someone with deep expertise in experience in things like SEO, backlinking strategy execution, crafting, launching, monitoring, and improving Lead Gen campaigns across multiple popular channels (Google, FB, ads, links, and posts on high authority and social sites, etc). Some of what has already been done (or partially done): - Creation of innovative project plan to execute all of this to hit multiple goals and measurable marketing KPIs - Keyword and competitor analysis - SEO analysis - Setting up and running FB profiles and FB lead gen ads for Real Estate (need them to convert way better, in conjunction with optimized landing page that I have been creating and launching as needed), identifying and creating backlinks on high domain authority sites, creating the beginning of a marketing-focused editorial calendar for blog posts, social content, campaigns content, etc), and more. What still needs to be done: - Finish the project plan and getting both the tools set up both within tools (such as Facebook Retargeting pixel setup, Google Ad Manager optimization and Google Search Console needs ID's for Dev team to help with as needed, Global GA site tag setup on website and conversion tracking code implementation, analyze and create optimized audiences for Google and FB, etc, create copy and Ads to launch campaigns with, determine and execute innovative ways to further "qualify" all leads that campaigns effectively drive users to optimized site landing pages (on an ongoing basis), and recommendations for improvement on how they are being made "qualified" leads. - Help with and/or recommendations on further SEO improvements - Help with and recommendations how to constantly measure, do reporting on, and sharing success metrics data on how campaigns are performing Expertise Needed: - Lead Gen online marketing for real estate specifically (please do not apply if you do not have demonstrable successful experience - REQUIRED) - All Google, FB, and social media marketing and re-targeting, backlinking, lead gen cutting edge 2020-2021 tactics and strategies, and the ability to implement them quickly. - Cutting edge SEO & SEM strategies and tactics you can implement effectively, with successful outcomes Other Requirements (or PLEASE don't apply/respond to this post): - Ready to start ASAP/almost immediately (e.g., you have bandwidth NOW, not in a week or 3)... - Extremely responsive -- daily stand ups/constant daily updates on progress and updating measurements of metrics and KPIs of all campaigns - Self starter who works well under minimal supervision but gets things done in the quick turnaround time agreed to. - Understanding that I've been around the block for 20 years in terms of hiring freelancers and understanding what to watch for in order to have success and literally have seen it all. So if anything doesn't work or stops working for even a short period of time the gig will be gone immediately. - Understanding that I am not your usual kinda naive potential client -- I have a zero tolerance policy for anything other than exactly what we agree to.
