facebook fan project (targeted to EU or Germany)

I'm searching for a reliable supplier who is able to deliver facebook fans to competitive prices.
I would be interested in 5000 fans for this project but I'm generally interested in quantities of 100 - 10000 and even more if possible.
The fans would have to be real people who are active in facebook (no fakes, bots or mafiawars/farmville fans)
It would also be much appreciated if it would be possible to target the fans to Europe or even to Germany.
The process should be an absolute secure method. I'm not able to risk any blocking or loss of accounts during the process.
Depending on your capacity and the price for the service I would have daily demand and would be looking forward to a cooperation on a regular basis.
It's important that you are able to make very good prices as this is considered to be a long term cooperation on a daily basis. I'm moreover expecting a professional service and good communication during the cooperation.
