We are a Startup Social Media Marketing Agency based in Greece but serving clients all around the world. Our main type of clients that we work with are ecommerce automotive shops, high performance tuning shops, detailing shops, automotive repair shops and dealerships. We only offer facebook advertising for our clients which depending on the type of the business they operate is either lead generation or purchasing campaigns.
This position in the company is long term and we pay on demand as we sign more clients but, if you show excellent performance and overall follow our agency’s guidelines and terms, we will be more than happy to have you full time. Please in your cover letter include the word blue at the start. Your responsibilities will be:
Campaign Setup for our clients
Creation and Optimisation of Adsets and Ads (Creatives are provided by our clients and copywriting is done in conjunction with another team member)
Campaign Testing & Optimisation
Audience Management & Research
Monthly Performance Report Creation
Our ideal candidate would have experience in all of the points discussed above and would also have case studies proving his expertise and proficiency in the subject, which he/she will be willing to allow us to use his/hers case studies in order to create social proof and trust between our clients and our agency.
Last point, all communication will be done strictly on our Agency’s Slack Channel. This is where we will communicate with our clients on a daily basis and you will submit reports to the Agency’s Founder. Specifically we require:
Daily Updates on clients. At the end of each day, send 1-2 sentences about each client individually.
Have a weekly 30-minute call to discuss client’s progress
When a new client signs with us, on his strategy call you will need to be there. Absolutely no exceptions. You will get a 24 hour notice.
Be present on bi-weekly reporting calls with our clients.
Because we are looking for a person that will help us grow and eventually hire him/her full time, our specifications are very strict.
