You won’t be able to purchase yelp data but it can be scrapped. The business listings is the core business of Yelp and they have crazy measures in place to prevent crawlers, or bots or any kind of scripts to download the data. I worked on a project and took 2 weeks to figure out how to crawl more than 250 links on yelp without getting your IP banned. I have the script ready - so we can save major time on that. Hit me up, if you need this with quality and I am open to any tweaks or specific requirements in terms of the data you would need from either yelp or yellow pages.
