I am looking for an INCREDIBLE executive assistant for a technical company. Someone who is detail oriented (because I am not!) and can jump right in, make suggestions and not just sit back and wait for me to tell them what to do. I also need that someone to be happy, friendly, and also professional because you will be who my customers hear when they call in. If you have some sweet southern hospitality in your voice, myself and my customers would love that too. A lot of this will be the two of us figuring out how to work together so I need someone that would be excited about doing that too. WHO WE ARE I run an on-site break/fix computer & network operation for residential and business. New and current customers call in with an issue (9-5 EST) and it would be your role to answer the call, convert them to a sale and get them on the calendar. Everyone wants to talk with me, so if you can sweet talk them on the calendar instead, it would certainly take the load off. CALLS It's mostly quiet, but often can get busy averaging anywhere from 4-12 calls day. If you miss a call, I just ask that you call them back. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT I have so many needs. If you're detail oriented and a busy body, it'll be cake. YOU SHOULD HAVE - Excellent verbal skills; well-spoken, clear and direct - Excellent written skills, able to catch grammar and spelling errors - Highly ethical and trustworthy - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Apps, other online tools - Extremely well organized and able to help others be the same - Willing to do entry level bookkeeping, work hard, and learn - The ability to take instructions and work with a remote team - A reliable workstation with a fast computer, reliable internet and a phone for calls. YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: - Answering phones (primary task) - Assisting CEO and other departments with one-off tasks such as quality assurance testing, writing blog posts, organizing files/information, etc - Managing calendars and special events - Effectively applying our methodology and following project standards - Other tasks that may be assigned CONFESSION Honestly, I'm at a point where the business is doing so well (dozens of 5-star reviews), but I need to grow and all these assistant tasks are bogging me down. I have had frequent thoughts of quitting because of how overwhelming all of this is to keep up with. Will you be able to help?
