Job Description:
We are looking for a media buyer who can handle the back end of one of the fastest growing agencies in the fashion space.
Job Responsibilities
- Target market research for the particular category of the brand
- Working with UGC creators that we provide to create creatives with high click-through rates
- Copywriting and ad creative design if required
- Split testing of various variables
- Running ad campaigns in various different platforms(Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) depending on the ROI produced
- Daily optimising and managing of the campaigns
- Reporting and communicating on the progress of everything mentioned above
- Staying up to date with the best strategies for each platform
Our Ideal Candidate
-Is passionate about paid advertising and growth hacking
-Has managed large amounts of ad spend in the e-Commerce sector and ideally the fashion niche within e-Commerce
-Is excited about working with a growing business and understands that they have the potential to be part of something big
-Has a growth mindset and a burning desire to better themselves in all aspects of their personal and professional life
-Has a creative eye and is a critical thinker
-Is conversationally fluent in English for smoother communication with clients and the team
