Virtual assistant - Helping building online director

Objective: I want to build up a directory of yoga teacher trainings

I need someone who can take ownership to do following:

- adding content (i want to be the directory for all yoga teacher trainings by australian teachers). I expect we get to miimum 100.

- identifiy and improving the site (need to find issues with search, suggest improvements on design, paid advertisement space, etc)

- suggest ideas of blog articles to boost seo. we can engage a write.

- Ideas on how we can grow and monetise

- build newsletter mailing list and send a newsletter once a month

This would be ongoing engagement but we need to start with a fixed cost project to launch with decent content to get it going.

1. What do you think we need to offer more than that site i mentioned to add extra value (example: Obvious is to enable review feature so that it adds value to people, what else?

2. What would be the plan?
