I'm looking for Virtual Assistant who can help during the week, an average of 3-4 hrs/day, on a long-term basis. We require someone with great customer service skills, specifically making outbound calls and getting the information we need and to increase sales results.
Timeliness are important to the job's responsibility. We will train on you on all the job duties.
Ideally, the candidate has experience with sales and marketing; heavy outbound calls, customer service and administration. MS Excel & Word; Adobe Acrobat's PDFs are a MUST; and experience with Google Docs as a plus.
3 Main Job Duties Include:
o 1. Outbound Calls
o Main job function (60% of the job): call leads to get important event information
o Follow Up calls/emails to
o Take call and email notes from communications to input into MS excel and/or google docs
o Manage call documents
o Online lead generation
o [after 3-4 months] education Clients in services and our venues
o 2. Administrative
o Conduct research on prospective customers, cold and/or warm leads
o Assist with sales reports
o Work on administrative tasks: file management, calendar management
o 3. Other Duties:
o Participate in 1-2-week phone calls to review leads
o Miscellanies tasks duties as they are assigned

o updating WordPress website, assisting with blog/blog writing, assisting with updates on social media; assisting with asset creation for digital marketing; researching top blogs and influencers in the event industry

If you are a good fit, there will be a 4-week trial period. There is room to grow in this position and increase your hourly payment within 4 months with bonuses. We are looking for someone extremely detailed oriented, reliable and positive, an optimist and go-getter.
