First of all, it is very much unlikely that you will be able to send millions of emails without being blocked by 3rd party anti-spam services, even if all the requirements for your emails will be met. Yet making sure you have a clean address list and properly developed emails, you may send thousands of emails probably without issues. For doing that, I propose to setup a linux-based email server for you running the following open source stack: Dovecot (IMAP) Exim (SMTP) Clamav (antivirus) Postfixadmin (email addresses management interface) Roundcube (web-mail) Also I will add the required rDNS, DKIM, SPF and DMARC records. For better scalability, it is preferable to install several such servers, grouping them by domains or any other criteria. In case any one of them gets blocked, you will have options of substituting it by others while cloning the first server in order to obtain a new IP address.
