Brazil Bilingual Interview Caller Needed

I’m looking for a bilingual professional based in Brazil who speaks both Portuguese and English at a native or near-native level. The role is to handle live phone interviews for senior-level candidates. These are formal interviews, so I need someone confident on calls, able to ask follow-up questions, and keep the conversation natural and professional. No technical knowledge is required — you’ll only handle the interview communication. I will provide all technical context and guidance. You’ll receive: • A brief about each candidate and the job role • A structured question guide • Access to my scheduling tool (or you can suggest your own) Your tasks: Confirm interview time with candidates (check time zones) Conduct a 30–40 minute interview in English and Portuguese Take clear notes in English after each call and upload them Highlight any concerns or strong positives (short note or voice message) Requirements: • Native or near-native fluency in English and Portuguese • Brazilian phone number for good call quality • Strong communication and confidence on calls • Quiet environment, stable internet, and ability to record calls (I’ll provide script) I expect around 8–10 interviews initially, with more if things go well.
