Job Title: Interviewer for Indian Nurses (UK Eligibility Assessment)

About the Job:

-Main requirement is that individual should be of british origin having british accent and should be able to communicate in english , for all other things I can train you.

-We are seeking a British individual to conduct English-language interviews with Indian nurses to assess their eligibility for employment in the UK. The primary purpose of these interviews is to gauge the nurse's proficiency in English and to ensure they meet the criteria set by UK health employment standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews via video call with prospective Indian nurses seeking employment in the UK.

Follow the provided interview guidelines meticulously.

Utilize the sample questions, sample answers, and marking scheme provided to assess the candidate's responses.

Submit a concise report and score for each candidate after the interview.

Provide feedback to candidates, if necessary.

Coordinate with our team to schedule and conduct interviews in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Native British individual with a neutral accent.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Previous experience in conducting interviews or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to maintain professionalism and neutrality during the interviews.

Must have a reliable internet connection for video calls.
