Warehouse Operations & Stock Manager

I run a busy warehouse that needs a hands-on professional to take full ownership of everything that comes in and goes out. Your core focus will be real-time inventory accuracy and keeping my team running smoothly. We work on a custom warehouse management software that already supports real-time inventory tracking and automated reporting. I’ll onboard you to the system, but you should be comfortable learning new interfaces quickly and turning data into clear, actionable insights for the floor staff and for me. Day to day you will: • Reconcile inbound and outbound stock in the system the moment it moves • Supervise and coach the warehouse crew, ensuring safe, efficient workflows • Generate and review the automated reports our software produces, flagging exceptions before they become problems Key deliverables I expect: • Daily inventory accuracy at 99 % or better • Weekly staffing rota with any resource gaps highlighted early • A concise month-end report summarising stock variances and productivity wins If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy turning organised data into an organised warehouse, I’d like to hear how you’d make our operation even tighter.
