Hello, I would like to take part in your project, I have 5 years of experience with SQL and I have worked with huge databases in a variety of sectors such as the banking industry or the public sector. I would like to know more details but as for now I would recommend setting up a metabase instance which would be hosted by your own servers, it is free to use and open source, and it can be easily upscaled thanks to either their own cloud or plans to host it on another cloud of your/our choice. If it is already a big database we could just host it on the cloud to begin with. It works as a web front that works very well with any device with phones and ipads in mind, so it could even be used with any device with all the logic being server side at all times. I have experience with iOS and Android development as well as Xamarin but this is my recommendation as of now.
