Job Description:
Im looking to update current forms we use for our business. I would like the logo/letterhead to be updated, then the forms to be created in a pdf format that can be populated/used from an apple device.
Our business involves weighbridges which requires us to generate a form/test report that needs to be in PDF format.
I need to be able to enter in numbers to specific boxes etc whilst on site on my iPhone/iPad. This needs to then create a PDF which can be sent to the client and the government.
I have examples of how the form should look but it is in 'word' format.
If this can be created in a user friendly app that populates each section to create the PDF that would be best.
After we are happy with the new forms, I would be wanting all our current 'word' format files to be transferred to this new pdf form that is created.
All writing not in bold is to be editable. Boxes with crosses also need to be made a tick and editable.
I've also attached our QA form which we will want the same.
In summary I would like an app made that allows me to enter the details on the job site with my phone and it generates a PDF form similar to what is attached.
