Birddog App is a tool to capture and organize property data for quotation and record-keeping purposes.
Body:
* Allows users to take between 5-50 photos and add typed or verbal notes for a property
* Property address can be looked up and saved, including street number, street, business name, city, and zip code
* Data can be populated into a quote that can be printed on-site for clients
* Records are stored in a private online database
* Imports owner data from membership sites such as [login to view URL] through API or scraping
* User-friendly, functional, and simple design with minimal graphics
* Intended for small scale use (1-3 users) and not intended for the Apple store
* Compatible with recent iPhone and iPad versions, IOS only.
* Outputs to common file types such as XLS and comma delimited for import into FileMaker Pro Mac
