A very simple iPad image viewer app that would look like a normal iPad desktop with scrollable view and the images about 20% bigger than normal iPad icons. We would place ten (upto two hundred) images in a folder, and the app should display them all in rows and columns. The order of the images should be alphabetical, or alternatively we should be able to arrange them by dragging.
When an image is tapped it should become larger and when tapped again, it should shrink back to normal size. With the large image open, no scrolling or opening of other images should be possible.
We would use this to help my autistic daughter to express things by pointing pictures with her finger. She could, for example, point an image of a bicycle to tell that she'd like to go bicycling.
This is all I'd need for the moment. I do have some further ideas for this app, so if the first stage will work, we might continue together later.
I will provide all necessary graphics for the app.
I myself have programmed in Perl, and I have Xcode SDK installed on my Mac, but I don't know much about Objective C. If you'd send me the Xcode project files, I could do some tweaking myself also.
If possible I'd prefer to have the app ready before 20 June.
