Create PhoneGap app using SenchaTouch 2

We've to create a PhoneGap + Sencha Touch app for manage geo localized contents! App needs to works on Android and iPhone I'll provide all details to each coder. Project must be created using XCode (and Java for Android) and not creating a mobile web site. I need an app! I need code day by day for show work in progress Due to problems that we had with others coders, well pay step by step, starting creating first milestone and if all we'll be OK, we'll create second etc...
