Facebook Graph API like Crowdspottr

Hello all, Thank you for reading and intending to bid on my app. I'm looking to build an app that similar to crowdspottr ([login to view URL]) They track events and place so my app would do the same things but different kind of sorting and Algorithm Crowdspottr uses Foursquare as well but our app will only be using Facebook. User should be able to add the app via their Facebook page and use it directly on their Facebook as well as stand alone one. Should be written with html5, android, and iOS platform I will be more specific with what kind of sorting I'm looking for but for now if you able to create something like crowdspottr you should be able to meet my requirement. Thank you for reading my app and please provide relevant works and message, copy & paste off your work without at least once visit crowdspottr and find out what it is will be ignored.
