3D web house builder

Attached are some screenshots of the interface as well as a psd and a pdf. Process: 1. client enters the domain of a specific cottage on clients website. There the client can only build that specific cottage. 2. User can choose from entering digits to continue on a previously made cottage or to start on a completely new one. 3. It begins with a cottage without any windows or doors. User can rotate the cottage in 360 degrees. 4. User can click on the buttons to add windows, doors etc. Full freedom of placement except close to walls, ground and roof. 5. User can download a drawing on the cottage, an example of how it should look is attached. The drawing should look exactly as the users version with exact measures. 6. User can save the cottage and also print it. Example of a printout is attached. Everything should be in 3D. You will receive every 3D-model from my subcontractor, it will be exported from 3D Studio Max. You will need to tell me how you want it to be exported. You will install it on the ftp-server and check that everything works as it should be. You will also create an iOS app and put it on the App store for download. You will also create an Android app and put it on the Google Play for download. A suggestion might be to use Unity since it can export to Flash for use on websites as well as export for iOS and Android.
