I am looking for the development of two apps for two businesses I own.
One of the businesses is a bakery with a cafe, but it also serves as a retail store. The other business is a pharmacy with a cafe as well. Despite the scope of either business is different, their foundation is essentially the same: retail with cafe.
As for the design of the app, it should be in Spanish of course. I can help you with translations if you need help. Also, I just love the design of the Starbucks and Walmart apps. A mashup of these apps would achieve what I intend, a combination of retail store and cafe. I like the toolbar feature on the bottom of these apps. A system of points would be a great feature to add, so loyalty is rewarded with discounts in products and perhaps a free cup of coffee or something else. The McDonalds app has integrated deals so people prefer to use the app instead of going to the counter, maybe we can add that feature too.
Customers, users will be able to register onto the platform using their email address. They will be able to setup their profile by adding their name and contact details. Users can access the product catalog of the retail items. They will be able to search the product catalog and view the listing under various categories. For a selected product, users can view the details such as title, category, image, description and price. Users can add the products to cart. They can review their cart total wherein they can update the quantity and checkout by selecting the payment method (I would have to go deeper in this section because the economy in Venezuela is really complicated) and confirm the order by completing the payment.
For dine-in, users will be required to scan the QR code present at the table. Users will be able to add the food items to the cart by specifying the quantity. Users will be able to review the cart wherein they can add/remove the items. In order to confirm the order, users will be required to checkout by paying via the integrated payment gateway. Users can access the order history and further view the status as updated by the admin.
System admin will be able to access a web-based admin panel and manage customers, QR code, product catalog, categories, orders, payments & commissions and static content
