IOS Development Lockscreeen and wallet app in Flutter or native

We are creating a simple wallet app and a lock screen similar to the ones show in the image... you will have to develop 2 simple apps... and customizable iOS Lock Screen that will show the ads from IronSource and from a An API (when ironsSrc ads fail show an advertisement from the backend api).... and a digital wallet that will show users their earnings. Each time an ad is show on the lock screen you will have to make a post to our api and it will increase the users money in their wallet. We will be showing interstitial ads that rotate every 30 seconds or allows a user to select a new one.
the digital wallet should look and feel the same as the wallet on [login to view URL]
the Lock Screen should look better than the image provided
This needs to be created using flutter or native
Additional Pages Needed to be shown: Splash Page, Registration, Login, Verify Phone Number, Terms,
To be selected you must create both apps and have them ready to demo. For registration, login and and verify phone (use demo data as we will add the api posts after you are selected)... When displaying an ad, Load in the iron source demo ads and create an alert each time that and ad is shown that reads "Make an api post here for (the username)". When registering for the Moolah Wallet be sure to show that it is for both apps. Lastly in the wallet, allow the user to enable or disable the lock screen. The lockscreen must work and replace my current iOS lock screen.
try to get the lock screen ux as close to this as possible. If you are able to do design and development you will be given priority if not I will hire a designer to improve what you create.
