Mobile App (Uber like Application)

High Level Application Specs Application must work like uber • The application must allow the 3 types of user i.e. Administrators,Service Providers and Servicer requester • There must be two types of administrators, Super administrators (Authorize Payments) and normal Administrators who deal with queries and resolving them. • The application must have a login screen • The application must work more like the uber application, where a service requester will post an Advert for someone to attend a briefing on their behalf, the application will prioritize will check for registered service providers closest to the briefing location based on the provider’s location. A request will be sent and a provider can either accept or decline a request. • Once a request is accepted the application will use the provider’s location and briefing location to calculate an estimated price of the service. The application will set the price using by using a default of an hour and also the distance to be travelled charging per kilometre travelled. • The application must allow payments from the service requester via credit card, i-Pay / Ozow is an instant electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment service that allows you to pay directly using your existing internet banking facility. Transfers are secure and payments are instant. • A standard price will charged by default per request there after charging per kilometre travelled. If a briefing lasts more than 1 hour, an additional R100.00 will be charged for the service. The Application providers/Owners will charge 25% for each service provided • The service provider will have to upload the notes of the briefing, the attendance register of the briefing and the service requester, before any amount can be released to the service provider. • The administrators will check the uploaded pictures, check if they the match what the service provider has requested and then release the payments. • Upon registration all users must provide their names, surnames, ID numbers, bank account details and number phones. The service providers must select the method they’ll like to receive their payments, which is either ewallet or EFT. • The application must be available in android and Apple • Must allow an integration with Waze, Google maps and Maps
