SOCIAL MEDIA MOBILE APP

I am currently working on a social media service, similar to houseparty, omegle, and zoom, where any individual can make a video meeting, call a friend, or join a random chat room (kind of like the chat roulette in omegle) for free. I need somebody that has experience coding iOS applications, as well as desktop applications and websites. Currently, I am trying to have the application completed first before the website and desktop software, so if there is anyone who thinks they can do this, please message me. The specific requirements of this job would be to create an application, where users can create an account, sign in/ out, and friend other users/ accounts. There would need to be a system so that users could get in a video call with their friends at the touch of a button (like in houseparty), and a way to create a public or private room (and copy and share link for meetings.) There also will need to be a feature that shows when your friends are online and offline, and the ability to join random public rooms at the touch of a button (like in omegle). Again, I am designing all these services to be free, but I want someone with experience in Google AddSense, so that I can run adds on the app and gain profit from that. My budget is ~5,000, but I am unlikely to accept any offer over 2,000, and am specifically asking for offers around 1,000 us dollars.
