Im looking for someone to develop a Tinder-like dating App, through flutter for both android and IOS. Throughout the development we would like to get explanations on developments of the source code, so that our inhouse engineer can do customization in the future as well as maintenance. Our budget runs from 3500 to 5000 euros for the basic functionalities and source code.
