Very VERY simple MVP of an uber-like app for exchanging medicine

I'm looking for someone to make a very simple minimum viable product of an uber like iOs app for exchanging medicine. It's like uber for medicine delivery. The app would need to be able to find other users near the person using it and allow them to set a meeting point.
Users would select the medicine they needed and then send out a "flaire" (basically the same as calling a ride) to get that medicine.
It would need the following features:
sign up
interactive map with pins
option to select different types of medicine to exchange (similar to the type of ride you want in Uber)
Ability to send out a "flaire" very similar to calling a ride in uber
Ability to accept a "Flaire" same as accepting a ride as a driver for Uber
I am looking for just the mvp, the minimum viable product. Nothing advanced or cute or fancy. Just really really basic. Thanks!
