Software:
The morpher will be nearly identical to the “transformer” found at
[login to view URL]~morph/Transformer/[login to view URL]
with more “transformation” features such as “crack head” and “Ninja Turtle.” It will also be capable of combining selected options, by (I.e. applying both the “drunk” and “older adult” effects to the face (and body if using BodyMorph) simultaneously).
Users will be able to:
Upload photos from their hard drives, Photobucket, MySpace, Flickr, and an internet URL, just like [login to view URL]
Save the altered picture onto their computers
Generate a code in which they can place the picture, along with a link back to our page, onto their own web pages (such as MySpace, Blogger, etc.)
Easily send the picture to another person, via email or instant message
Another feature we want is something that would combine two faces, showing what a child from the two would look like.
Every saved picture will have "YouMorph" placed on it (I.e. in the lower corner, perhaps as a transparent logo).
MorphMe
This feature will allow users to place a unit onto their own webpage (MySpace, Blogger etc.) which allows visitors to view different morphs. Before hand, the user will select which morphs will be available for his/her visitors to view. This unit will be accompanied by a link back to our page. Similar to [login to view URL] slides
BodyMorph
This optional feature will allow users to change body appearances, such as slumping when choosing Old age, or hairy arms when choosing Ape-man, as well as size alterations of certain body parts, such as width and height of the nose, and overall skin color to match facial changes.
An additional feature of the transformer will give users the ability to digitally alter the physical characteristics of the nose, legs, mouth, etc by length, width etc., of any the photo.
The transformer will appear similar to this:

Website:
A simple, fun design, ease of navigation, an easy user interface, and a comfortable, sticky feel.
Database:
We'll need a database for users to register and save finished and unfinished morphed pictures. This will allow users to return to the site and edit morphed pictures as well. It will be similar to the database at [login to view URL] or slide.com.
