I need a TEAM (at least 3) working on this project because the timeline is 60 days to get a beta test done. The application will be built using Adobe Flex 2 technology so you must be expert at it. The hardest part about this project will be the ability to create the language needed to run the scans so please pay attention to that piece before you bid. It would be beneficial if you have experience with financial projects and any programming languages for trading platforms but I don't believe it would be necessary.
You will need to show some sort of FLEX portfolio before I will even consider your bid. You will also need to use my name, Darren, in your bid as all generic replies will be ignored. If, after reading below, you have questions please feel free to ask because assumptions will cause your bid to be cancelled.
I will provide the database of US stocks and a Linux server (Cpanel) for the project. You will provide a detailed timeline for your team's progress and mutually agree that those deadlines will be met or there will be a deduction in the agreed upon amount. I am willing to discuss bonuses for early completion and, if needed, monthly salaries rather than a total sum for the project.
The first scan of the project, to show your skills, will be to create this scan from a database of US stocks:
Show me stocks where the price is between 10 and 40
and average volume(10) is above 100000
and the price is near the lower Bollinger Band(20)
The following are a list of items specific to this project that will need to be met:
I will need to have your team working on this project around the clock.
I will need to be able to chat with you at least three times a week.
I will need weekly updates (visual) showing the progress of the project.
