Essentially, I am looking for a set of scripted web-pages that will generate math related worksheets and that feature a simple login and save worksheet feature using php and js and/or flat database. It would basically be very similar to mathworksheets . org
I expect that users would be able to create an "account" with a login and password and this would be stored as a cookie on their hard-drive or as information in a flat database or some such. Password recovery via a email address would be helpful. (login script would be featured on the index page (right hand side) with a link to "create an account" redirecting users to a separate "create an account" page.
Once logged in, members would be directed to a page that outlines the services I would offer.
Members would click on the worksheet generator link to select or deselect certain variables to create the necessary worksheet of their choice.
On each of the worksheet generator pages, members would be able activate and deactivate certain variables: (suggestions)
Number of problems
Members could click on a links to generate worksheet, generate answers or save worksheet. (generate answers is not as important as the ability to save or generate worksheet.)
It is up to the designer whether they wish to create a CSS script to run the "look" of the site or hard code the "look" into each page - but it would be best practice to do so.. Generally, I am after a clean, tidy look with white as the major color and green as the sub color (shading - E0ECD9) and links as (618E37)
The pages would need a header and footer which would be either hard coded into each page or called to from a header and footer page so that updating is easy to update across the site.
Graphics for the pages would be minimal (only header) which I would add to scripts later.
The width of the page should be no more than 850px
Main column should be around - 490px
Right hand column should be around 360px but you are welcome to play around with these measurements.
Worksheets generators for the following topics would need to be included:
