Rakebackcalculator for Poker

I need a project that emulates the javascript found on this page…

I do not want to infringe on the copyright of the owner in design, but want something that functions identically and is similar, simple and clean in design.

I need one version without backlink for my site, and one for other webmasters with a backlink to me.

“Rake” is the fee or that is paid to the house (the poker room running the game) by poker players. Though the fee is removed from the pot before it is awarded to the winner of an specific pot, each individual at the table is theoretically paying a portion of that fee regardless of whether they win the pot or not.

This calculator will allow online poker players to enter specifics of their normal playing habits then output a monthly and yearly average “refund” based on those specifics inputs if they were receiving a portion of the rake they have paid per hand.

I am sure this is a fairly simple project for someone expert in flash/javascript.

I am not sure whether the formulas to determine the rake-back can be pulled from the link above…they are standard formulas from what I understand,( I should be able to get them if they cant be determined)
