I need a very simple desktop based software program. This should be very easy for an experienced programer to complete in 5 days or less.
I am in need of a software program that will run on the user's computer. It should launch with windows and have an icon that resides on the user's desktop.
The program will should allow the user to play a .wav files through their computer's speakers. The program needs to allow the user to adjust the volume of the play back from very quiet to very loud. The user should also be able to edit the sound to determine the Hz. The program should allow for the user to adjust the Hertz between 70Hz (normal human hearing) all the way up to 16,000Hz (above human hearing).
The program should offer the user choices how many times they want each of their .wav files to play before going on to the next file. I should offer choices from Play once to Continuous [url removed, login to view] should run on the computer even if the user is listening to another sound application such as iTunes. The user should also have the ability to tell the program to play the .way files in order of how they loaded them or at random. The program should allow the user to tell it how many times it wants to repeat the entire sequence.
So for example the user might load 5 .wav files. They then might select to Loop Continuously. The way this should work is that the program will play just the first track continously. If instead the user tells the program to play each track once at random but to continously loop the sequence the program will then play each track one time at random and keep randomly choosing and playing tracks until the user goes back into the program to make it stop.
The program should offer a test button so that the user can listen to the output prior to launching the program. This should should be a very short 3 or 4 second playback of the first .wav file entered. If the sound is set too loud the should have the ability to hit the test button a second time to make the file stop running.
