I am looking to start a long term relationship with a web development company who has worked with and understands GPS Tracking and Monitoring Solutions.
I need to work with developers that can build a scalable platform that overtime will track upwards of 2000 vehicles.
Price here will be for initial build of software with later projects to be completed within 3 months (separate project)
System would preferably be written in PHP/AJAX and the look and feel easily changed and designed via CSS files, this allows for quick deployment to customers who would like their own branded solutions.

Our own version of the rules notification engine, basically an interface to be able to create reports based on data held in the database.
This is a very indepth project which is why I require someone with knowledge of these types of systems, I dont have the time to explain every single little thing and how it should work, you should have a very good understanding of competitor product offering and be able to make suggestion to the long term software development.
