I am creating a website where users can visit and browse images of cursor icon sets. When they click a cursor they want to use they need to be able to download an install .exe that will install the cursor for use on their PC.
The packet will be simple - when the .exe is run the first screen will show the cursor they have selected and have two option: Custom Install, Express Install. Clicking custom install will forward them to a second screen where they can opt-out of about 5 miniature installers (toolbars, small included applications, etc) that come with the installation. Express installation will bypass this screen and go to the third screen where the cursor is installed along with the 5 extras. Last screen is a thank you page with static text that will be provided.
This is the high level design - I have wireframes as well as further details that will be provided (there is a terms and agreements sections as well as other minor parts such as automatic reporting updating everytime an install is performed). Please in your bid tell me the fixed rate for this and how long it will take to create. Also specify any specifics as to how you would build this .exe such as what installer type you would develop this in (installshield, inno setup, msi etc)
