The Issue tracking process is the process used to receive issues over phone/email, report them, analyze, resolve and close the loop. This process may be required in any of the service industries where the customers would call to report issues. The Issue Tracker will be the repository for all issues and requests and associates will document issues/requests received by them in the system. The system will also be used for reporting specific data on issues and requests to management also.
My Contribution: Involved in complete life cycle of the project and contributed as a software developer.
