Large ajax/xml/actionscript job with BIG profits

We are trying to bring to market a large database driven project, only way to really explain it is to say that it works in a slightly similar way to google earth, and so we are looking for a programmer who can assist on developing the front end for such an application. We already have PHP and Web developers on board.
On a shoestring (we are only students), we unfortunately cannot pay anything up-front, but instead offer an extremely generous stake in the results of the project.
Interested persons should contact me and then we can explain in detail the project and if you are confident with being paid like this, we can go ahead.
We have had problems with people thinking this is a scam, this is NOT the case. Nothing is being asked for from you except the work which will ONLY go forward if/when you are confident with the arrangements. Contracts will need to be signed and we will have to meet in person at some point (probably just for a pub lunch!). Therefore we are looking for someone based in the UK.
The project is listed as being a small one because of the delayed payment. The contracts will give 5-10% of all profits up to a maximum of £30,000 .
