122653 zencart install, modules, tmpl

We require a zencart install with some additional modules added to support multiple countries/currencies as separate prices - so one country has price A and another has price B, not simply a "converted price" / shipping modules / buying group or "segmented pricing" to allow multiple pricing for different quantities or different purchasers such as retail, dealer, wholesale / management tools to allow easy management of the store / template design / other suitable options that you may suggest / full documentation of the install so we can move the install on our own to our own servers!
