Build me a developer environment for Maven project

Job Description:
Hi,
I am trying to use open source project Oscar EMR, which I have successfully installed on my ubuntu 18.04 server.
Would like to build developer environment to modify project.
I would like to get project code from git and import into eclipse and run within eclipse to test my changes.

ORACLE JavaSE - You probably want to get 7 & 8 as a developer.
Maven 3+ - For building the source code.
Tomcat 8 - Servlet container.
Eclipse - IDE
The machine you will be configuring:
Ubuntu 18.04 server
Ubuntu desktop gui installed
Eclipse installed
Maven 3.6 installed
Tomcat8.5 installed
Mariadb installed
At the end, I schould be able to modify files and see changes in eclipse tomcat server.
