Dev needed to split image into multiple portions according to % xsl

Job Description:

Build a tool that will automatically split an image into multiple portions.

Each portion is dictated by a spreadsheet that hold information about the %s of each portion.

E.g. Image 1 - 11% - Meaning [login to view URL] should be 11% of the original image

Image 87 (final line in spreadsheet) - 0.05% - Meaning [login to view URL] should be 0.05% of the original image

Prioritisation to start from centre so largest % would have the centre part of the image and next image would have a portion outside of those and so on so that it prioritizes as a spiral.
