I'm looking for an application to be developed that will encode blank ISO 7816 SLE4442 contact chip cards. Currently these cards are not recognized by Windows when inserted into my Gemalto CT30 card reader.
It seems as though they are not encoded at all with any data.
What I'd like to do, is to have an application developed that will encode the cards and enable them to be recognized by Windows in a similar way to a Gemalto IDPrime MD 830 B would be recognized by Windows. Each card should also be encoded with a serial number, similar to the Gemalto IDPrime MD 830 B.
Project deliverables would include:
1. A software application capable of encoding blank ISO 7816 SLE4442 contact chip cards, and enabling the functionality described above.
2. Documentation on how to use the application described above in (1).
Acceptable application languages are C++ or Java (on the Java 8 platform).
Furthermore, I currently have access to only the Gemalto CT30 card reader, however if an alternate encoder is required, the selected developer can recommend one as long as the cost of the device is less than $100 USD.
More information on the Gemalto CT30 can be found here:
